The accident that killed Fast and Furious star was so severe that he suffered few traumatic injuries and multiple fractures. The driver of the car, Roger Rodas, suffered a similar fate as he received multiple head injuries and a fractured skull that left his brain exposed.
The coroner concludes the car was traveling with a speed of more than 100 mph (161 km/h) when the driver lost control and crashed into a pole and several trees. After the initial impact the 2005 Porsche Carrer
a GT continued spinning and then struck into the tree before bursting into flames.
